About the Role

We are looking for dynamic, smart, and driven HR Recruiters to join our team for an International Recruitment Process. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for our global clients. Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates based on client requirements
• Conduct detailed interviews to assess communication, experience, and suitability
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain and update candidate records in internal tracking systems
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback
• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Work closely with team leads and managers to understand hiring needs
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring requirements
• Handle email and phone communication with candidates professionally

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Freshers are welcome)
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) – mandatory
• Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
• Ability to work in night shift (US shift)
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong work ethic, discipline, and willingness to learn

Preferred Attributes

• Prior experience in BPO/International Voice/Recruitment process is an advantage
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
