About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations & Coordination Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an operations role, with strong verbal and written English communication skills, and hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel.

This role involves daily coordination with security guards based in Canada, organizing their training, tracking attendance, and preparing accurate Microsoft word reports. You will also be responsible for internal team coordination, ensuring seamless communication and efficient execution of operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to security guards in Canada for training and operational updates.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure timely reporting.
  • Create and manage detailed reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Facilitate smooth internal team coordination and communication.
  • Maintain proper documentation related to personnel and operations.
  • Ensure high attention to detail in reporting and task execution.
  • Supervise and guide small teams or tasks based on previous leadership experience.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and support implementation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an operations or coordination role.
  • Graduate from any discipline (preference for business, management, Operations or communication fields).
  • Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Proven experience working in a team environment and handling responsibilities independently.
  • Past experience in leading or supervising a team is a strong advantage.
  • High level of attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and systems.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
