Job Description

Job duties include conducting research, maintaining contact databases and campaign archives, contacting vendors to request bids. In addition, assistance in the development of collateral tools, including presentations and marketing materials, and help with promotional programs and campaign strategies to increase product awareness.
Responds to general inquiries concerning area activities in accordance with established policies and procedures & generating new inquiries as well
May arrange meetings and conferences, schedules appointments, and completes travel arrangements of Marketing Director.
Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.
Designs and creates a wide variety of customized, professional-quality marketing materials that may include maps, advertisements, illustrations, demographic reports, and executive summary brochures for in-house and client presentations using advanced desktop, graphic, and mapping software.
Research of competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
Maintenance and Updation of company website, Maintain and broaden social networking to benefit the organization, Establish and expand merchandise opportunities and ensures that the company messages are consistent..
Handling existing customers & retain & increase business from them
Maintaining and updating customer databases
Setting up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
Responsible for creating and delivering marketing ideas and activities to the management
Research media coverage and industry trends.
Coordinating and generating business with the customers through Emails, Calls, etc, all online sources and marketing tools
Managing to prepare designs as per the requirement of the customers while in coordination with the design department and directly with the clients
For preparation of new design for the customer, filling DESIGN MASTER form and forward it to the Design department and starting design creation
There can be creation of new design, making changes in the existing designs as per the requirement of the customers
Coordination with clients and design department till the design gets finalised
Coordination with production team in terms of production and quality issues, if any
Follow up of Payment from the customers as per terms and conditions
Maintaining all files, documents, online folders as per system designed by the management
Prepare & provide MIS reports as per the requirement of the management
Handle and complete any back end related work
Do any work as and when allotted by the superiors
