Ltd. is dedicated to enhancing the performance of in-house talents and increasing productivity through continuous research and development. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Taking inbound calls from customers experiencing printer, router, and antivirus issues - Diagnosing the problems efficiently - Recommending the best plan to the customer - Selling technical support plans and relevant software **Qualifications:** - Minimum qualification required is 10+2 **Candidate Profile:** - Experience in Outbound Tech Support for at least 6 months to 1 year - Ability to independently close calls - Strong convincing and sales skills **Additional Information:** Adeeba E-Services Pvt.
