International Inbound Call Center Representative (Night Shift)

Job Description As an experienced candidate at Adeeba e-Services, your primary responsibility will be to receive inbound calls from international customers. You will need to provide technical support by diagnosing the issues faced by the customers and suggesting suitable Annual Service plans and Software solutions. Your goal will be to effectively close sales and achieve the set targets. It is essential that you have prior experience in outbound tech processes for more than 1 year and possess the skill to efficiently close calls.
