Role & responsibilities

  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a logistics or technology company.
  • Email drafting/chat experience is mandatory

  • Confidence and assertiveness to handle customer inquiries and situations with professionalism and poise.
  • Adapt quickly to processes or customer needs changes in a dynamic work environment.
  • Eagerness to learn new tools, systems, and processes to improve performance and service delivery.
  • Natural curiosity to dig deeper and solve challenges, combined with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and connect with diverse customer personalities.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and requirements.
  • High level of proactivity and ability to navigate uncertainty and ambiguity with ease.
