International Customer Support Executive (US Process - Night Shift)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused International Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support for US clients.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer queries.
• Record customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems.
• Follow up on open cases and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain service quality, performance metrics, and client satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues to senior teams as required.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 13 years of experience in international customer support (US process preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work

  US night shifts

  (typically 10:30 PM 7:30 AM IST or similar).
• Knowledge of CRM/ticketing tools is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
