Client Relationship Analyst

As an Analyst Support Specialist, you will provide essential support services to the Client Relations Manager. Your responsibilities will include creating presentations, generating ad hoc reports, and managing the report inventory. You will analyze data for the management team, contributing to informed decision-making processes. In this role, you will play a key part in developing an understanding of client service operations to enhance productivity and improve customer satisfaction. Your tasks will involve gathering data, conducting research on prospects and existing clients, and maintaining the CRM systems. Additionally, you will assist in the creation of marketing collateral and campaigns to promote the company's services effectively. To excel in this position, you must possess effective written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook is essential for this role. You should be able to identify and communicate industry trends, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and organizational skills. Prior experience in the industry for 1-3 years is preferred, and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is advantageous.
