Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally and efficiently.
Assist international customers with inquiries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues.
Provide timely solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction and quality standards.
Document customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments, when necessary.
Meet performance KPIs such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer feedback.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
