Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist international customers with inquiries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues.
  • Provide timely solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction and quality standards.
  • Document customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments, when necessary.
  • Meet performance KPIs such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer feedback.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
