Job Description

As an International Customer Support Executive in this position, you will be handling a blended/voice process in rotational shifts with rotational week offs. The job entails working for 5 days a week with 2 days off on a rotational basis. A minimum of 6 months of experience is mandatory for this role. Both graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply for this position. The salary offered can go up to INR 32,000 in hand. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective performance in this role. This is a full-time job with a work schedule that includes night shifts and rotational shifts. You may be eligible for performance bonuses and shift allowances based on your work performance. Proficiency in English and Hindi languages is preferred for effective communication with customers.
