Job Description

You will be part of the US Banking Blended Process, handling both voice and chat interactions. As a suitable candidate, you should hold at least a graduate or undergraduate degree and possess a minimum of 1 year of international BPO experience. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role. The job requires you to work 5 days a week with rotational shifts and offs. Please note that no cab facility is available. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handling voice and chat interactions related to US Banking - Providing excellent customer service - Adhering to quality standards and protocols **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 1 year of international BPO experience - Graduates or undergraduates can apply - Excellent communication skills The company offers various benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
