Customer Service Associates (CSA)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, or chats professionally
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries efficiently
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update systems regularly
  • Provide product/service information clearly and confidently
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
  • Follow company policies and compliance guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (any discipline)
  • Freshers & experienced candidates are welcome
  • Good communication skills (English + regional language preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (US/UK shifts if applicable)
