Job Title: International Cold Caller (US Shift)

About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and energetic International Cold Caller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients in the US market, introducing our services, and generating leads for the sales team. If you are persuasive, fluent in English, and enjoy client communication, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career in international sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to US-based prospects on a daily basis.
• Pitch company services and set up appointments/meetings for the sales team.
• Identify potential customers and update CRM with accurate details.
• Handle objections confidently and maintain professional communication.
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets and lead generation goals.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, or LinkedIn as required.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in International Cold Calling / Lead Generation / BPO (US process preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejections and remain positive & motivated.
• Comfortable working in night shifts (US shift).
• Basic computer knowledge & CRM familiarity.

Bonus if You Have:

• Experience with SaaS / IT Services sales.
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Knowledge of sales pipelines and appointment setting.
