International client relations Executive

We’re looking for a Client Communication Executive to handle our international client base through emails, calls, and coordination between teams. The role involves responding to inquiries, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client communication through emails and phone calls.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and route them to the concerned departments.
• Maintain accurate records of correspondence and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, and documentation teams to ensure timely updates.
• Assist in sending quotations and other client-related documentation.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all communication.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluent verbal and written English is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Professional and polite communication style.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
