Location: Ernakulam, Kerala
Position: Continental CDP
Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years in continental cuisine
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management
Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,50,000 per annum

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Continental CDP to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of continental dishes, strong kitchen management skills, and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present continental dishes as per the menu and standards
• Ensure timely and quality food production
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols in the kitchen
• Manage and guide commis chefs and kitchen helpers
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen stewarding team
• Collaborate with the Head Chef for menu planning and innovation

Eligibility:
✅ 3 to 5 years of experience as CDP or equivalent in continental cuisine✅ Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management✅ Good understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards✅ Creativity, attention to detail, and teamwork
