Wise Head is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic female Customer Service Representative to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle queries professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, or chats
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information
• Resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism
• Maintain customer records and follow up as needed

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in night shifts
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus
• Female candidates only (as per shift requirements)
