Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Registration & Documentation Coordination:
  • Ensure timely completion of registration documentation by coordinating with internal teams and partners. Also, any other documentation coordination or office support required by international team.
2. Email Follow-up & Campaign Response:
  • Conduct structured follow-ups with leads from email campaigns. • Follow up on leads (up to 3 times per lead) within 10 working days of campaign completion.
3. Lead Generation – Bulk Accounts:
  • Identify and generate leads for high value or bulk purchase potential accounts (e.g., Pharma, Insurance, NGO).
4. International CRM Support – Quotation, PI, SOS, Device Documentation:
  • Prepare quotations, PI, SOS and device documents for international requests.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
  • Able to learn and work with CRM platforms like Zoho.
  • Ability to manage leads, track follow-ups, and generate reports
  • MS Office Suite (Especially Excel & Word)

BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Detail Oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
