About the Role:

We’re hiring International Customer Support Executives to join our fast-growing voice and non-voice (email/chat) support team in Jaipur. If you have excellent English communication skills and are looking to work in a global BPO, this is the opportunity for you!

This is a work-from-office job with a relocation bonus and 14 days of company-paid hotel stay for candidates relocating from other cities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls, chat, and email for international clients
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain customer satisfaction and follow company communication standards
• Document all interactions in CRM tools
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments

Who Can Apply?

• Education: 12th pass, Undergraduate, or Graduate (any stream)
• Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome
• Communication: Excellent spoken & written English
• Comfortable with rotational shifts and night shifts (for international process)
• Must be willing to relocate to Jaipur (relocation bonus provided)
