Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call & Email Handling:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls and emails from patients, providers, and partners, addressing inquiries or routing them to the appropriate department.
  • Ticket Management & CRM Usage: Use internal ticketing systems and CRM tools to log interactions, track queries, and update records accurately. Maintain a patient-friendly approach and deliver a high-quality customer experience with every interaction.
  • Customer Experience: Prior experience in international voice/non-voice process
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English
  • Ability to work in Night shift
  • Shift time- 6pm to 3am (Mon-Fri)
