Eligibility Criteria: • Masters degree in Education / Administration / Leadership. • IB Leadership Certification is highly desirable. • Minimum 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 8 to 10 years in a Principal or Head of School role in an IB Continuum school. • Strong understanding and experience with IB PYP, MYP, and DP frameworks. • Proven record in instructional leadership, team building, and stakeholder engagement
