Senior Interior Designer Engineer

Senior Interior Designer Engineer to will lead the design and execution of high-end residential projects, creating sophisticated and functional interiors that reflect the unique style and needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

Design Leadership:

Develop and implement innovative interior design concepts for luxury villas, ensuring a cohesive aesthetic and functional layout.

Client Collaboration:

Engage with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements, translating these into detailed design proposals.

Project Management:

Oversee all aspects of projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Technical Drawings:

Prepare comprehensive technical drawings, specifications, and 3D renderings to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and contractors.

Material and Finish Selection: Curate and select high-quality materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with the design vision and enhance the overall ambiance of the villa.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with architects, landscape designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design elements and compliance with building codes.

Site Supervision:

Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any challenges, and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with a strong focus on luxury residential projects, particularly villas.

Skills:

- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).

- Strong understanding of luxury design trends, color theory, and spatial planning.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and teamwork.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
