Description
As an Internal Communications Professional at Flutter, you will report to the Internal Communications Lead and play a vital role in creating and delivering engaging communications for Flutter Functions colleagues. You will collaborate with leadership teams and communication colleagues to support functional areas and participate in exciting communication campaigns and events that bring the growth strategy to life for the employees. - **Comms Delivery & Execution:** Work closely with the Flutter Functions Internal Comms team to develop and deliver engaging communications for colleagues, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact. - **Business Partnering:** Collaborate with leadership teams to understand communication needs and translate business objectives into effective internal communication plans. - **Content Creation & Management:** Assist in creating, reviewing, and developing engaging content for various stakeholders and channels, online and in-person. - **Project & Campaign Support:** Provide project-based support, coordinating and delivering communication campaigns and events across Flutter Functions. - **Channel Management:** Support the effective use and management of internal communication channels to ensure timely and relevant content. - **Reporting & Insights:** Contribute to providing insights through monthly reports to inform future internal communication strategies. **Skills and Capabilities:** - **Internal Communications Experience:** Proven experience in an internal communications role, preferably in a fast-paced organization. - **Stakeholder Management:** Ability to build relationships and influence effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. - **Channel Knowledge & Flair:** Understanding of internal communication channels with a talent for delivering creative communications. - **Content Creation Skills:** Strong internal communications skills with the ability to create compelling content. - **Event Delivery:** Experience in assisting with or delivering internal events, from coordination to on-the-day support. - **Excellent Communication:** Strong written and presentation communication skills with attention to detail. - **Technical Proficiency:** Experience with content management systems, planning tools, and communication software. - **Data & Reporting:** Experience in handling data to generate insights and support reporting on communication effectiveness.
