Job Description

You should be able to work independently and self-manage your priorities effectively. It is important to have a sharp eye for detail and the ability to collaborate efficiently with a larger team. Your writing skills should be robust as you will be responsible for writing and editing content on a daily basis. A university degree in English/Comparative Literature is required, and an additional degree in journalism, media studies, or a related qualification would be preferred. You should have exposure to a diverse and inclusive work environment with at least 7+ years of experience working with onshore stakeholders and teams, preferably in an MNC environment. The ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines is crucial. Strong organizational and project-management skills are essential for this role. Primary Skills: - At least 7+ years of writing experience and handling content management systems for publishing on sites like intranets. - Proficiency in English with a thorough understanding of both spoken and written language. Secondary Skills: - Experienced knowledge of SharePoint content sites, Microsoft Word, MS Stream, MS Sway, Excel & PowerPoint. - Preferred skills in Canva and/or Photoshop would be an added advantage. - Good to have team management skills. Overall, you should be a detail-oriented, independent worker with strong writing and organizational skills, capable of collaborating effectively with a team and managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.,
