Internal Auditor

As an Internal Audit Manager at our company, your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating internal audits by preparing audit checklists, issuing half-yearly audit circulars, reviewing Internal Audit Reports, and escalating violations for disciplinary action. - Handling data analysis and reporting by collecting and analyzing data from other exchanges and internal teams, using analytics tools to generate reports, and flagging high-risk or financially stressed members. - Managing Limited Purpose Inspections (LPI) by scoping and monitoring inspections based on risk triggers, reviewing reports from regional offices, and sharing findings with SEBI when required. - Coordinating with the IT team for system enhancement requests, UAT testing, and ensuring accurate release of updates in the live environment. Also, coordinating Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities across regional offices. - Managing regulatory and process management by driving process improvements, submitting updates to the Business Excellence team, responding to SEBI/member compliance queries, maintaining regulatory records, and managing investor awareness campaigns using UCC data.
