Intern - Software Development Engineer

As a CRM Application Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying CRM applications using Java, MERN, React, PHP, MongoDB, and MySQL to create scalable and robust solutions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with senior developers and team members to define project requirements and system designs, debugging, testing, and maintaining applications to ensure strong functionality and optimization, as well as writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. You will also be expected to participate in code reviews, contribute to improving coding standards, and stay updated with emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in designing, developing, and deploying CRM applications - Work with Java / MERN / React / PHP, MongoDB / MySQL to build scalable and robust solutions - Collaborate with senior developers and team members to define project requirements and system designs - Debug, test, and maintain applications to ensure strong functionality and optimization - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code - Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards - Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Strong understanding of Core Java and PHP - Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL, MongoDB) - Familiarity with object-oriented programming (OOPs) and software development principles - Good problem-solving and debugging skills - Ability to work in a team and learn quickly in a dynamic environment Good to Have Skills: - Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, Node, Express, React & REST APIs) - Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub/GitLab) - Understanding of MVC frameworks (Laravel, Spring, etc.) - Understanding of designing skills and tools like Figma - Understanding of Cloud Concepts (Deployment of applications) in AWS / Google Cloud In addition, you can look forward to perks and benefits including a stipend of 10,000-12,000 per month during the 3-month internship period, a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) of 6 LPA, mentorship from experienced professionals in CRM application development, and exposure to real-world projects and enterprise systems.
