Talking Foreign Affairs with Adil Cader (https://talkingforeignaffairs.org/) is a start-up initiative supported by MTI, that is focused on International Relations, Foreign Affairs and Diplomacy. The Role 6-month, unpaid internship Design and develop engaging content for social media (Focus on TikTok, Instagram and Linkedin). This includes reels and still graphics Edit interviews into short, engaging clips Plan, schedule, and publish posts across social media platforms. Engage with followers through comments and messages Identify trends and use them to make new content/ Identifies and assesses potential opportunities for TFA to use social media tools to enhance Track and report what’s working across each platform Design thumbnails The Requirements Designed (reels and still graphics) social media content that got lots of views or likes, grown followers Editing skills in apps like Canva Understand what makes people like, share, or comment Know how to grow a social media page Can turn long videos into short, interesting clips Interested in global news and current events You will do well in this role if you: Have an interest in the type of content Talking Foreign Affairs produces Know how to grab attention in the first three clips Love growing audiences and experimenting with content strategies Please also include a link to samples of your work in your application.
