Position Overview The Staffing Manager – Vendor Management will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of external staffing vendors, ensuring timely fulfilment of resource requirements, maintaining compliance with organizational policies, and optimizing vendor performance. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, procurement, HR, and partner vendors to align staffing solutions with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities
  • Vendor Relationship Management
o Manage and maintain relationships with staffing vendors and third-party partners.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor performance, escalations, and issue resolution. o Conduct regular governance meetings and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Staffing Operations
o Oversee the fulfilment of staffing requirements across business units.
o Ensure vendors adhere to SLAs for profile submission, interview-to-offer ratios, onboarding timelines, and compliance checks. o Track and report staffing metrics (profile inflow, selection ratio, time-to-fill, cost per hire).
  • Process & Compliance
o Ensure adherence to company policies, contracts, and compliance standards.
o Collaborate with procurement and legal teams on vendor contracts, extensions, and renewals. o Implement and improve staffing processes, ensuring consistency across vendors.
  • Strategic Initiatives
o Partner with leadership to forecast demand and plan vendor capacity.
o Optimize the vendor portfolio by evaluating performance and identifying preferred partners. o Drive cost optimization and process efficiency through innovative staffing strategies. Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of staffing lifecycle and vendor management principles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and metrics tracking.
  • Familiarity with vendor management systems (VMS), applicant tracking systems (ATS), or similar tools.
