Position Title: Intern – Operations & Coordination

No. of Positions: 1
Employment Type: Internship
Compensation Range: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Location: Nagpur
Date of Joining: April 10, 2025
Duration: 1 year (extendable)
Working Hours: 20–45 hours/week
Job Schedule: In-office

By offering high-quality administrative, technological, and project management services, SB supports non-profit organizations in overcoming challenges and achieving their missions. SB provides tailored solutions, including grant writing, program design, technology implementation, and the development of software and portals, ensuring non-profits can enhance their efficiency and drive positive social impact.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

  • Assist in maintaining project plans, timelines, and reports.
  • Manage and update program databases and shared folders.
  • Schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Communication & Coordination

  • Support internal team coordination and communication with chapters.
  • Draft and send emails, reminders, and official communication under guidance.
  • Assist in creating basic documents and digital presentations.

Chapter Assistance

  • Track chapter activities and assist in following up on pending tasks.
  • Compile updates and feedback from various stakeholders.
  • Flag issues requiring attention and assist in resolving basic queries.

Marketing & Outreach Support

  • Gather content for social media posts and newsletters.
  • Assist in writing brief success stories and program highlights.
  • Maintain media/photo archives and support documentation.

Event & Training Logistics

  • Help coordinate virtual training sessions and track participation.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing training materials and forms.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed undergraduate studies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace and social media platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Enthusiastic learner with a proactive approach.
  • Prior volunteering or nonprofit experience is a plus.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
