As part of the company's growth, we are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented NPD Intern to join our New Product Development team. As an NPD Intern at Swiss Beauty, your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify new product opportunities. - Supporting in concept development by gathering insights on ingredients, packaging, and consumer preferences. - Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for sampling, packaging, and formulation trials. - Tracking timelines and maintaining project documentation for multiple product development initiatives. - Assisting in product testing, feedback collection, and quality checks. - Working on presentations, reports, and product briefs for leadership reviews. - Supporting in preparing launch collaterals and coordination for go-to-market readiness. Key skills and competencies required for this role include: - Strong interest in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or FMCG industries. - Excellent research, analytical, and presentation skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across teams. - Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of design/research tools is a plus. Qualifications needed for this role: - Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Cosmetics Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. - Prior internship experience in FMCG/Beauty/Consumer Goods will be an added advantage. While this internship is for a fixed period, outstanding interns may be considered for full-time positions based on performance and availability within the company.
