As a Simulation Engineer, your role will involve supporting the simulation team at the customer location in analyzing products using Ansys Maxwell/Motor-CAD. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing 2D & 3D FE analysis of electrical and electronic devices and components. - Providing online/offline training to customers on Ansys tools such as Maxwell and Motor-CAD. - Being well-versed with 2D/3D Maxwell Pre/Solver/Postprocessors. - Utilizing tools/simulations like RM xprt, Maxwell 2D and 3D, Maxwell Circuit, Motor CAD, BLDC motors, and Induction motors (single-phase and three-phase) for design optimization. - Ensuring quality and delivery metrics in Finite Element Preprocessing, Solving, and Post Processing with a focus on motor performance plot. - Verifying and validating Maxwell results with test data/analytical data and generating FE Analysis Reports. - Interacting with customer teams for inputs and deliverables, and preparing analysis summaries for technical review meetings. - Providing valuable recommendations and design suggestions to clients. Your skills should include: - Proven experience in Electromagnetic analysis with Ansys Maxwell. - Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a passion for learning and teaching. - Excellent understanding of Finite Element Analysis, Electrical machines, and Machine design. - Self-starter with excellent verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong ability in Maxwell simulation and clear presentation of simulation results. - Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
