Job Description

Assist in developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions (RPA, AI Agents, or ML models).
Support data preparation, cleaning, and transformation using

Python / Pandas / SQL

.
Contribute to building

AI Agents

and fine-tuning

chatbots, AI models, or RAG-based applications

.
Help integrate RPA/AI Agentic tools (e.g.,

UiPath, LangChain, CrewAI

) with enterprise systems.
Document processes, findings, and solutions in clear and structured formats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver POCs.
Research and explore new AI/ML trends and prepare knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Skills

Strong programming fundamentals (preferably

Python / Java / JavaScript

).
Familiarity with

Gen AI concepts

,

data structures, APIs, and databases (SQL/NoSQL)

.
Basic understanding of

AI/ML concepts, NLP, or automation frameworks

.
Knowledge of

cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)

is a plus.
Strong problem-solving ability and eagerness to learn new technologies.
Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

Hands-on experience with

AI Agents

,

RPA tools and related technologies.

Exposure to

Streamlit / React / Power BI

for visualization.
Knowledge of

Git, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

.
Prior experience working on academic/industry projects involving AI or automation.
