Role Overview: As an Intern at Indian School of Business in Hyderabad, your primary responsibility will be to support the smooth running of academic and admissions processes. You will coordinate logistics, manage communications and data, and assist with operational tasks to ensure timely and accurate execution of administrative activities related to faculty support, admissions cycle, event coordination, and data management. Your role will contribute to an efficient and positive experience for staff, faculty, and applicants. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate AV arrangements for classes and academic sessions. - Manage faculty travel, accommodation, and process billing tasks. - Oversee PR and PO processes in SAP to support program operations. - Support the admissions process, including processing applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating alumni participation. - Assist with data uploads into Salesforce and provide operational support to Engagement and Digital Associates. Qualification Required: - Knowledge/Education: Any graduate - Specific Skills: MS Excel, MS office tools, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Effective communication and interpersonal abilities - Desirable Experience: 0 - 1 year Additional Details: The Indian School of Business in Hyderabad provides a conducive work environment where you will have the opportunity to work closely with IT and Finance teams internally.
