Requirements:

Educational Background: We are looking for fresh graduates or final-year students in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with any programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C#, or Java).
• Understanding of basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Awareness of databases (SQL or NoSQL) and version control systems (Git).
• Willingness to explore frameworks like React, Node.js, or .NET.
• Awareness of cloud computing like - AWS, Azure or GCP
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Soft Skills:

• Problem-Solving Ability to analyze complex problems and develop efficient solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team and stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and development methodologies. Eagerness to learn new technologies, frameworks, and development practices.
• Ability to think logically and systematically about problems and potential solutions.
• A strong desire to learn and grow professionally, staying up-to-date with new programming languages and technologies.
• Working well in a team environment, contributing to group discussions, and respecting others' opinions.

Work Environment/Physical Demands

• You are expected to have a reliable work-from-home setup to effectively support remote work.
• While at work, this position is primarily a sedentary job and requires that the associate can work in an environment where they will consistently be seated for the majority of the workday.
• This position requires the ability to observe a computer screen for long periods of time to observe their own and others’ work, as well as in-coming and out-going communications via the computer and/ or mobile devices.
