Intern - Generative AI Platform

As an L1 Associate at our company, you will be responsible for providing support for our innovative platform at our client location in Worli. Your role will involve serving as the first point of contact for end users, addressing challenges over the phone or email, and providing troubleshooting assistance to ensure a smooth experience with our platform. Collaboration with internal teams may be required for issue resolution, and you will also be responsible for upskilling on AI, GenAI, and web applications. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary contact for end users, addressing their challenges effectively. - Provide resolutions based on the understanding of the issue and collaborate with internal teams if necessary. - Upskill on AI, GenAI, and web applications. - Record events and problems in logs, and follow up with customers via email. - Pass on customer feedback to internal teams and suggest procedural improvements. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach. - Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science is preferred. - Good understanding of AI and employee-facing applications. - Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and resolve technical issues. - Prior experience in help desk or customer support roles is advantageous.
