The Role

Chief of Staff

What Youll Do

• Co-create and execute business strategies with the founders and stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional projects spanning strategy, growth, marketing, product, accounting, logistics, and operations.
• Dive into market research and data to guide decision-making.
• Shape and execute marketing campaigns to build brand presence.
• Oversee operational excellence, from new restaurant launches to ongoing performance.
• Collaborate with a diverse range of team members, vendors, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (completed or in progress).
• 03 years of experience (freshers welcome; 1+ year corporate experience preferred).
• Comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic AI tools.

Compensation

• Competitive stipend / salary (starting at ?21,000/month) + long-term equity vesting track for high performers.
