As part of the Rize Company Incorporation business team, you’ll be directly contributing to initiatives that impact thousands of founders in India’s dynamic startup ecosystem.

What You will Do (Key Responsibilities):

Support in research and analysis for business strategy, startup trends, and market opportunities.

Help in identifying and documenting potential cross-selling opportunities across our startup base.

Assist in day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring smooth execution and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Support vendor coordination and relationship management.

Track and maintain basic performance metrics, dashboards, and reports for leadership visibility.

Stay updated on incorporation/compliance requirements and assist in creating knowledge resources for founders.

• Provide general support across projects – from data analysis to presentations – as required by the team.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):

Strong interest in startups, business operations, and India’s incorporation/compliance ecosystem.

Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams.

Analytical mindset, comfort with numbers and research.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

• Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets, PPT/Docs is preferred.
