You are a motivated and analytical Data Analytics Intern joining a growing team in Mumbai for a 6-month full-time internship with the potential for conversion to a full-time role. Your role involves transforming data into actionable insights to drive business decisions in the healthcare and e-commerce space. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Data Cleaning & Preparation:** Clean, validate, and prepare large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data quality and integrity. - **Ad-hoc Analysis:** Respond to business queries by conducting exploratory data analysis and presenting findings to stakeholders. - **Dashboard Development:** Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau to track key business metrics. - **Project Support:** Collaborate with teams on specific projects to provide data-driven recommendations. - **Automation:** Identify repetitive tasks and build automated solutions using Python and SQL. - **Reporting:** Generate regular reports for management highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement. **Qualifications:** - **Required:** - Bachelors degree in any Science stream or Engineering with a strong foundation in mathematics and statistics. - Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. - Working knowledge of Python, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and experience with Tableau. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. - **Good to Have:** - Prior internship or project experience in data analytics, understanding of basic statistical concepts, familiarity with healthcare, retail, or e-commerce domains, experience with data automation, scripting, and knowledge of Git for version control.
