Interior Team Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Interior Design Team Manager to lead and coordinate our interior design team. The role involves managing designers, overseeing multiple interior projects, ensuring quality standards, meeting deadlines, and maintaining client satisfaction from concept to execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, etc.).

• Strong communication and project management skills.

• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design interior spaces based on client needs and project requirements.

• Develop mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to present design concepts.

• Select materials, colors, furniture, and decor elements.

• Work closely with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project feasibility.

• Prepare project budgets, timelines, and specifications.

• Oversee installations and final touches to ensure design integrity.

• Stay updated with industry trends, sustainable practices, and new materials
