Job Description:

Square One Interior is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to join our execution team. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end site supervision of residential and commercial interior projects, with a strong focus on client coordination, vendor management, and project execution as per design blueprints.

This role demands a professional who understands the technical aspects of interior works, materials, BOQ, and can efficiently handle client and vendor relations on-site to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site interior execution work as per approved AutoCAD 2D layouts & 3Ds.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, and in-house teams to ensure timely updates and design accuracy.
• Manage vendors and labor workforce at site; ensure delivery timelines and quality standards are met.
• Maintain project documentation and daily work reports.
• Oversee material procurement and inventory as per project requirements.
• Cross-check project BOQs and ensure all scope of works are accurately followed.
• Report directly to the CEO with updates, challenges, and project status.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site regulations.
• Proactively handle any on-site issues or deviations from the plan.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in interior project execution/site supervision.
• Strong understanding of interior design layouts, project BOQs, and finishing works.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, reading 2D plans & 3D views for on-site execution.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Sound knowledge of interior materials, modular works, carpentry, electrical, and civil finishing.
• Ability to manage vendors, labor teams, and project coordination independently.

Education:

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred, not mandatory).
• Candidates with a proven track record in interior execution will be prioritized.

Work Schedule:

• 6 Days Working | Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Location: Project Sites within Kolkata and nearby areas
