INTERIOR SITE ENGINEER - URGENT

1. Pre-Execution Phase

• Drawing Review

- Study approved drawings, specifications, and BOQ.

- Check for discrepancies/clarifications with design team before execution.

• Site Readiness

- Ensure site handover, basic amenities (power, water, storage), and safety arrangements.

- Verify site measurements against drawings.

• Material Planning

- Prepare material requirement sheet (MRS) in coordination with procurement.

- Check quality/brand specifications before ordering.

2. Execution Phase

• Work Scheduling

- Prepare daily/weekly work schedule in line with master project plan.

- Allocate manpower (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.).

• Site Coordination

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and design team.

- Conduct daily briefings with workers.

• Quality Control

- Ensure works are executed as per drawings & specifications.

- Check alignment, finishing, dimensions at every stage.

- Ensure MEP (electrical/plumbing/HVAC) provisions are properly integrated.

3. Monitoring & Reporting

• Daily Reporting

- Maintain daily progress report (DPR) with work done, manpower, issues.

- Share updates/photos with project manager.

• Issue Resolution

- Escalate design/site conflicts immediately to Project Manager/ MD for quick decision-making.

• Inspection & Approvals

- Get periodic checks from Project Manager/MD at key stages.

- Record if any deviations found.

4. Post-Execution / Handover

• Snag List

- Inspect finished works, prepare snag list, and rectify defects.

• Testing & Commissioning

- Check lighting, plumbing, carpentry, hardware fittings, and finishes.

• Final Handover

- Ensure site clean-up & client-ready condition.

5. Documentation & Records

Maintain the following records:

- Site diary & DPRs

- Material inward/outward registers

- Checklists

- As-built measurements & drawings

Key Responsibility of Site Engineer

To ensure timely, safe, and quality execution of interior works as per approved drawings, coordinating with all till final handover.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

• INTEROR EXECUTION: 10 years (Required)
