Role Overview: As an Interior Fit Out Supervisor at Jazaa Designs, located in New Delhi, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of interior fit-out projects. Your main focus will be to ensure quality and timely completion of projects by coordinating with designers and subcontractors, monitoring project progress, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and managing project resources effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with designers and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of interior fit-out projects - Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion - Ensure adherence to safety standards throughout the project - Manage project resources effectively to optimize project outcomes - Read and interpret design plans and blueprints to guide project execution - Deal effectively with contractors and subcontractors to maintain project quality standards - Utilize your knowledge of finishes and materials to make informed project decisions Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in supervision of interior fit-out projects, preferably residential - Knowledge of construction processes and quality standards - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders - Ability to read and interpret design plans and blueprints - Proficiency in dealing with contractors and subcontractors - Good understanding of finishes and materials to make informed decisions,
