As an experienced individual in the field of interior designing and project management, you will be responsible for handling interior projects with costs ranging from 10,000/- to 20,000/- per square foot, specifically focusing on bungalow projects spanning a minimum of 50,000 square feet. Your role will entail utilizing your techno-commercial expertise to ensure successful project handover within the specified parameters. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with the architect and other consultants to finalize the Bill of Quantities (BO). - Conducting thorough checks of working drawings to ensure accuracy. - Providing valuable suggestions to management regarding the selection of materials. - Developing and monitoring the finishing schedule. - Generating and maintaining Management Information System (MIS) reports. - Personally supervising interior works to guarantee quality and adherence to standards. - Creating and utilizing checklists for efficient project management. - Timely requisition of materials and verification of measurements, along with certification of vendor bills. To qualify for this role, you should possess: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture with a specialization in Interior Design, along with adequate knowledge of all interior activities. - Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D modeling, and Excel. Additionally, you should have a substantial experience of 10-15 years in the industry, showcasing your expertise in interior project management and design.,
