Interior Executive

Experience Required:

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day interior site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor and supervise interior work such as:
• HVAC installation and coordination
• Furniture installation and alignment
• Flooring work (tiles, vinyl, laminate, etc.)
• Plumbing and sanitary fittings
• False ceiling installation
• Electrical and lighting coordination
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with design specifications.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update the project manager on site status.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure materials are available as per project schedule.
• Maintain good communication between design, procurement, and execution teams.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge and practical understanding of interior site activities, including HVAC, furniture, flooring, plumbing, false ceiling, and related works.
• Ability to coordinate efficiently with multiple teams and vendors.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read drawings (interior, civil, MEP) is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel or work on multiple sites if required.
