Interior Executive

As an experienced candidate with at least 3 years in interior site activities, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth project execution. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks. - Monitoring and supervising interior work such as HVAC installation, furniture alignment, flooring work, plumbing, sanitary fittings, false ceiling installation, and electrical coordination. - Conducting site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with design specifications. - Preparing daily progress reports and updating the project manager on site status. - Resolving on-site technical issues and ensuring materials are available as per project schedule. - Maintaining effective communication between design, procurement, and execution teams. In order to excel in this role, you are required to have: - Good knowledge and practical understanding of interior site activities, including HVAC, furniture, flooring, plumbing, false ceiling, and related works. - Ability to coordinate efficiently with multiple teams and vendors. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to read drawings (interior, civil, MEP) is an added advantage. - Willingness to travel or work on multiple sites if required.
