Strong experience in hospitality projects like café, hotels & Restaurants Experience in working drawings , electrical & plumbing drawings, joinery Knowledge of MEP, HVAC, fire-fighting, and hospitality regulations Ability to lead projects from concept to execution Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D visualization tools A creative mindset with a problem-solving approach Develop detailed interior drawing Collaborate with design team Ensure drawing accuracy Support project execution Review and revise drafts Maintain documentation Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Diploma (Preferred) Experience: CIVIL DRAFTING WORK: 2 years (Required) TOTAL WORK: 2 years (Required) WORKING DRAWINGS: 4 years (Required) INTERIOR DRAFTING WORK: 4 years (Required) Work Location: In person
