Position Summary: We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Interior Designer with 2 to 4 years of professional experience in designing high-end interior spaces. The candidate must possess strong design instincts, advanced software skills, and a refined sense of luxury aesthetics to execute premium design projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Engagement & Requirement Gathering Interact with clients to understand their vision, preferences, functional requirements, and lifestyle. Conduct on-site visits for measurements and spatial analysis. Present initial concepts and get buy-in on design directions. 2. Design Development Create and present interior design concepts, mood boards, and space plans. Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, and Revera. Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), material boards, and color palettes. 3. Project Execution & Coordination Collaborate with architects, MEP consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure design accuracy and implementation. Prepare GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and site-specific detailing. Regularly monitor site execution to maintain design fidelity and resolve on-site issues. 4. Technical & Software Proficiency Draft and detail furniture layouts, ceiling plans, lighting plans, and custom joinery using AutoCAD and Revit. Render high-quality 3D views using 3ds Max or Revit to aid visualization. Maintain accurate and organized project documentation. Key Skills Required: AutoCAD for precise 2D drafting and detailing. 3ds Max – for 3D modeling, texturing, and photorealistic rendering. Revit – for BIM modeling and coordinated design documentation. Revera – for interior design visualizations and product libraries. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong creative, spatial planning, and presentation skills. Good command over color theory, material specifications, and furnishings. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design / Architecture or related discipline from a recognized institution. 2–4 years of proven experience in residential or commercial interior design.
