About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer and Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing interior spaces for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects, ensuring functional, aesthetic, and budgetary alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and project objectives.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and detailed presentations.
• Create detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and material specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for material procurement.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project timelines.
• Supervise site implementation and ensure design adherence.
• Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and techniques.
• Manage client presentations, approvals, and modifications.
• Supervise site work execution and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Manage labor teams, subcontractors, and site resources.
• Maintain project schedules, track work progress, and report updates.
• Ensure site safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Coordinate with interior designers, clients, vendors, and management for seamless site execution.
• Handle material inventory, site documentation, and daily work logs.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and provide practical solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
