Interior Designer

Your key responsibilities will include developing and presenting design concepts and proposals using 3D modeling software, collaborating with clients to understand project requirements, creating detailed drawings, mood boards, and material selections, as well as coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. You will ensure that designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and exceed client expectations. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools is necessary. Your excellent design sense, creative problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines will be crucial. Effective communication and collaboration skills are also key to your success. Preferred skills for this role include experience in commercial, residential, hospitality design, college and educational space design, knowledge of sustainable design principles, proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, as well as project management and stakeholder communication experience.
