Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative interior concepts, creating detailed designs, and collaborating closely with clients and project teams to bring visions to life. Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive interior design concepts aligned with client briefs and project requirements
• Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualisations using software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhinoceros 3D
• Prepare colour schemes, material selections, furniture layouts, and lighting plans to enhance aesthetic appeal and functionality
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure design integrity and timely delivery
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail
• Utilise Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite to produce presentation boards and mood visuals
• Oversee aspects of construction documentation, including specifications and technical drawings using CAD software
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with design specifications, and resolve any on-site issues efficiently
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovative design techniques to continuously improve project outcomes

Qualifications

• Proven experience in interior design or related field; a portfolio demonstrating diverse projects is essential
• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong knowledge of CAD drafting standards and construction processes
• Familiarity with 3ds <PERSON> software is advantageous
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members
• A recognised qualification in Interior Design or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
