Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Designer based in Kolkata. The Interior Designer will be responsible for designing and managing interior spaces, including planning layouts, creating construction drawings, and overseeing the selection and placement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). The role involves working closely with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure designs meet aesthetic and functional requirements. Collaboration and effective communication are vital in delivering quality interior design projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design
Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings
Understanding of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) selection and placement
Strong project management and client communication skills
Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently as required
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
Previous experience in interior design or space planning, especially in residential or commercial projects, is preferred
